Okay, the new Twilight movie is set to come out soon, such as on June 30th and everyone is pretty excited about this 3rd installment of the series. So, lots of people are downloading Facebook Twilight layouts to get ready for the new movie. Except now there’s the evil vampire (are there really good vampires?) who wants to take out revenge on Bella and all this happens amidst Bella’s upcoming graduation. Sounds pretty complicated.

You can’t do anything in Farmville without coins, so you need to know how to make money in Farmville. Because you have to have your cash for just about everything in FarmVille, you need to max out the earning potential of your crops and everything going on on your farm.

The easiest way to get a handle on this is to figure out which of your crops earn you the most coins per hour of growth. Let’s take the example of strawberries. They sell for 35 coins for every plot of land you harvest and their growing time is 4 hours. However, pumpkins for instance, they grown in 8 hours and they go for 68 coins for every plot of harvested land.

When we figure all that out, we get for the same acreage planted, earnings of 8.75 coins per hour for raising strawberries and raising pumpkins will earn you 8.5 coins per hour, .25 coins less per hour. Even though this looks like a small difference, these little amounts add up fast and can be substantial the bigger your farm gets. However, you won’t be getting your money’s worth if you can’t harvest the more cost effective plants when they are ready and then go right back and start planting again on the same plot.

Let’s say you can’t log into Facebook for 8 hours or more, you’re much better off planting the pumpkins because they take longer to grow. The longer you leave your plants after they are done maturing, the less you will be getting when you are able to log back in and harvest your crops. The fast money is earned on crops that mature quickly so that means you will have to be able to log in a pick or harvest at just about any time.

You will want to take think about these details when you select your seeds and buy them from the Market. Follow these simple techniques and you will be earning big coins quickly and before you know it you will have a huge farm.

Don’t worry if you are having a bunch of trouble getting a handle on the way things work in FarmVille, you are not alone in your frustration. There are a lot of people who got into FarmVille expecting it to be a breeze because it’s just planting and harvesting right? However, many of these people were quickly frustrated when they really couldn’t figure out this supposedly simple game.

Believe it or now, I was one of them that couldn’t get the whole thing figured out. So I decided to start looking for a strategy guide to help me finally get the hang of this farming life and stop killing all my crops and running out of money.

To my frustration I tried several of these guides, but they didn’t really have that much helpful information on how things really worked. These guides were designed for people who were already experts at the game, or they were outdated and not up to the recent additions to the game like all other games and software on the internet is. FarmVille is still a pretty new game and I think is still in the Beta stage, so there have been a lot of improvements lately and many of the strategy guides and information on the market today have not been updated recently to account for these new changes in the game.

Okay, I couldn’t stand it any longer and finally broke down and decided to get FarmVille Secrets. This strategy guide is fairly new, so you don’t have top worry about it being old information because it is up to date on all of the latest changes and new things in this fun game. It turns out that the guide is extremely helpful and I was was quickly able to earn lots of coins and moving up in levels faster than I though possible.

Besides the helpful tips I found in Farmville Secrets, it also includes some great and useful charts and several other resources that help you to compare items you can buy in the Market and also helps you to plan out spending strategies and how you can improve your farm. I pretty sure you will be as surprised as I was when you crack open this guide and put the information you find in it to use on your farm in Facebook.

This is definitely a strategy guide worth looking at if you’re having as much trouble as I was figuring out FarmVille, or if you want to get to the next level and beyond because you have plateaued. Any way you look at it, I’m sure you love the FarmVille Secrets guide and it will probably change your game forever. You owe it to yourself to check it out.

If you have never played Farmville before, once you start, you will be able to see why this crazy game is so popular and kind of addicting. It can be confusing because there are lot of options including what decorations and buildings you can place on your farm, what kind of seeds you can grow on your farm, and which kinds of animals you decide to raise on your farm. It’s great to have that many options to mess around with on your farm however, it may be a quite difficult when you are first getting started and deciding what direction to take your farm.

Principle Number 1 – Grow Your Farm Slowly

When you’re working in FarmVille it’s pretty obvious that you’ll want to get the most from your farm. Because of this you’ll want to clear lots of land so that you can plant as many crops as you can. Don’t clear more land than you have money for or so much land that you can’t buy any seeds to plant. To clear one plot of land it will cost you 15 coins, so don’t clear too many at one shot because you won’t have any coins to buy those all important seeds.

You want to expand your plowed plot of land fairly slowly so that you are able to take full advantage of their planting potential and reap a good harvest. Once you harvest all your crops, you should replant all of your current plots first because you have those already paid for. You can then figure out if you have enough profit and coins to expand your land. If you continue to follow this pattern of planting what you already have after each harvest you will always have enough money to plat all over again.

Principle Number 2 – Make A Plan For Your Harvests

Just like in the real gardening and farming world you have to know when the best time to plant your crops so you can harvest at the right time. Everything you plant and every crop will have its growing season and will mature at its specified time. Once your crops are mature, you can harvest them. But you don’t want to wait too long because your crops may wither and die. You wan to make sure you plan everything so this doesn’t happen to you and your farm doesn’t die and wither away to nothing.

You can take Farmville as seriously as you want  If you want to log in just once a week, you can do that as long as you don’t plat crops that need to be harvested in 4 or 5 days. However, once you start playing Farmville for any length of time, it’s probably very unlikely you will stay away from it for a week at a time. You’ll probably log into Farmville several times a day if you aren’t careful.

In my last post about the Farmville strategy guide I mentioned how you could see video proof of how the author of the guide built his farm but, the real question is, do you really need a Farmville guide at all? I’m pretty well in the loop when is comes to social networking Facebook games such as Mafia Wars, Fishville, and many of the others. And all of a sudden you start to see FarmVille how to guides showing up all over the place and that kind of freaked me out.

I can see why you may need some strategy to get Mafia Wars going, but FarmVille, I mean, you’re just growing a bunch of crops, right? Who needs a strategy guide for Farmville?

I have to confess I hadn’t actually played Farmville, but how hard could it be, or so I thought. I tried playing it just so that I could say that I had actually played the game and so I knew the inside scoop and to sound more credible. To my big surprise, this game was a lot more complicated that I had first thought. Almost right from the start I was going broke and had zero crops, duh. Okay, now I admit it, there’s a lot more to this game than meets the eye.

I finally started to get some crops going and started to build a farm, but it really wasn’t going all that well and it was about at that point that I decided I should have a look at one of those Farmville strategy guides so I could figure out what the heck was going on. I mean, it couldn’t hurt because I was making a mess of my farm.

I finally decided to get FarmVille secrets, and believe it or not I fond some pretty decent tips in it. You can really mess up a virtual farm and I fond about every way to do that. I could hardly get to level 6 and had been playing for about 3 week already. But since reading the guide I downloaded now own a plantation and I have achieved level 26 that’s called the Sultan of Soil or something like that.

I still reference the strategy guide every now and then just to remember the great tips it contains and to see if there’s something I might have missed. If you just can’t get the hang of Farmville on Facebook, you should probably get this strategy guide and stop killing your crops and living in poverty.
